What, exactly, is sin? Mortal sin? Venial sin? How does it affect our lives? What entails authentic conversion? As Christians, we are called to pursue a life of virtue as opposed to vice. With this Parish Mission series, we will learn that the message of Divine Mercy is intimately linked to the desire of one striving to become the “best version of self” with God’s grace and of one pursuing a life of holiness, each one according to his or her own vocation and state-in-life – whether single, married, widowed, or as a consecrated priest, brother, or sister.

All young adults are invited to join us on April 21st at Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub for an evening of faith, fellowship, and meaningful conversation. Bishop Frank Schuster will lead us in exploring thought-provoking topics that connect our Catholic faith to everyday life.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with our Bishop Schuster in a relaxed setting, ask questions and grow in community. Whether you’re curious about theology or simply looking for a welcoming space to connect, this event is for you!

Woodinville Event: Spring Fine Arts at Chesterton Academy St. Michael

Spokane Event - Art Walk - April 25 & 26

Free Art Walk Displaying Prints of Dozens of Fine Art to be Held at St. Mary Parish in Spokane Valley
Held in the St. Mary Parish School Gym/Parish Hall at 304 South Adams Road in Spokane Valley, “Portraits of Our Mother in Sacred Art” will be open on Saturday, April 25 from 6:00-8:00pm and on Sunday, April 26, from 8:00am until 2:00pm.
Admission is free; donations are gratefully accepted. The Art Walk includes dozens of prints of famous works of art, an I-Spy game and crafts for the kids, an exhibit of Rosaries and display about major Marian Shrines from around the world (including 2 Lego models), a walking labyrinth, delicious appetizers and mocktails, and a beautiful Catalog of Exhibited Art which you may take home.

Drawing from their experience at that event, ASCEND Eucharistic Revival hopes to provide an opportunity for renewal for Catholics around the Pacific Northwest.
